4. Client Responsibilities

• Disclose any previous visa refusals, immigration violations, or criminal history
• Respond promptly to requests for additional information or documentation

EMOH FZE LLC is not responsible for visa refusal or delays caused by incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information provided by the client.

5. Fees and Payments

• All service fees must be paid in full as agreed before application processing begins
• Government fees, embassy fees, courier charges, medical fees, or third-party charges are not included unless explicitly stated
• Fees paid to EMOH FZE LLC are for consultancy services only

6. Refund Policy

• Consultancy fees are non-refundable once services have commenced
• Visa refusal, delay, or rejection does not qualify for a refund
• Government or third-party fees are non-refundable under all circumstances

7. Processing Time

Visa processing times provided are estimates only and may vary depending on:

• Embassy workload
• Security checks
• Additional documentation requests
• Public holidays or unforeseen circumstances

EMOH FZE LLC is not liable for delays beyond its control.

8. Visa Decision Disclaimer

The final decision to grant or refuse a visa lies entirely with the respective embassy or immigration authority. EMOH FZE LLC has no influence over visa decisions and cannot challenge or alter outcomes.

• Visa refusals or delays
• Travel losses, flight cancellations, or accommodation costs
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid for consultancy services only.
